1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and the booking service provided by A.J. Harber ("I," "me," or "my"), operating out of Mystic Images Tattoo in Noblesville, Indiana. By submitting a booking request through this website, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Booking Process

Submitting a booking request through this website does not confirm an appointment. Once I receive your request, I will review your design and contact you directly with next steps. Your appointment is only confirmed once you have been contacted by me and a deposit has been received.

3. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is collected directly by me after we make contact — it is not processed through this website.

The deposit is applied toward your total session cost. The remaining balance of $1,300 is due in full on the day of your session, paid on-site.

4. Session Pricing

All tattoo sessions are a flat rate of $1,500, regardless of design complexity or session duration. This rate does not change.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must notify me at least 7 days in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. The $200 deposit will not be refunded or credited toward a future booking under any circumstances.

6. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at any time, provided you give at least 7 days' notice before the original appointment date. Rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice will be treated as a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.

If you reschedule within the required notice window, your deposit will carry over to your new appointment date.

7. No-Shows

Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of your deposit. No exceptions will be made.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required on the day of your session. I reserve the right to refuse service if valid ID cannot be provided.

9. Right to Decline

I reserve the right to decline any booking request at my sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, designs I consider offensive, designs that conflict with my artistic style, or requests I determine are not feasible to execute to the standard I hold my work to. If your request is declined, you will be notified and no deposit will be collected.

10. Design Ownership

All original tattoo designs created by me remain my intellectual property. I reserve the right to photograph completed work and use those images for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes. If you do not consent to this, please notify me before your session.

11. Accuracy of Information

By submitting a booking request, you confirm that all information provided — including your name, contact details, age, and tattoo description — is accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the tattooing service. My total liability in connection with any claim is limited to the amount of the deposit paid.

13. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the booking form after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
